I have four versions of this unit. two are the doc johnson vacu lock versions. the ultraskyn and the firmskyn, both feel great but the ultraskyn feels incredible and so lifelike. i haven't used it yet but so far...wow!out of all four versions, this one is the softest, most realistic and largest. it's about 8 7/8" around at the widest part.
